Message	Ground control allows you to adjust ride height but you are still left with the problem of shock travel. Coil overs like SPL, CPark, Tein Flex adjust the ride height while maintaining the shock travel. This allows better damping characteristics. I have done a back to back comparision and even with stiffer spring rates the coilover setups were far smoother and less bouncy than the typical shock / spring combo.
